Sri Aurobindo Society contributes books to the library of Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala
Sri Aurobindo Society donated number of books for students of Multani Mal Modi College to celebrate 150th birth anniversary of Sri Aurobindo and 75th Independence Day of mother India. College Principal Dr. Khushvinder Kumar appreciated this effort of the society and said that students should learn the teaching and literary traditions of the people of ideas. Mrs Mukta Mandahar, Vice Chairman, Sri Aurobindo Society, Patiala said that many more projects will be undertaken during this year to commemorate this occasion along with distribution of books. Prof. Ved Prakash Sharma, Dean, Students’ Welfare received these books. On this occasion, Mrs. Neerja Sethi, Principal, Sri Aurobindo International School and Mr Naresh Bansal were also present.

ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਸਥਿਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਰਵਿੰਦੋ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਰਬਿੰਦੋ ਦੀ 175ਵੀਂ ਜੈਅੰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੀ 75ਵੀਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ ਦੇ ਸੰਦਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੀ ਲਾਇਬਰੇਰੀ ਲਈ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੈੱਟ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ. ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ ਖੁਸ਼ਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੁਧਾਰਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਸ਼ੀਲ ਚਿੰਤਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਵਨੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਰਬਿੰਦੋ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀ ਦੀ ਵਾਈਸ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਮੁਕਤਾ ਮੰਧਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਜੈਯੰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਾਲ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਕਾਰਜ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਡੀਨ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਭਲਾਈ, ਪ੍ਰੋ ਵੇਦ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਰਬਿੰਦੋ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਨੀਰਜਾ ਸੇਠੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਸ਼ ਬੰਸਲ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ.
